  • JUMPING ROPE
    Start with two legs, and do small jumps slowly, gradually increase height and speed. When comfortable with two legs progress to alternating unilateral hopping on the right and left leg. When comfortable with unilateral hopping, start using a jumping rope.

    Today I really have much time to exercise, my son catches a flu, and still in a fever, sometimes is better, but sometimes fever again. So I only did one round and took me 18 mins (not includes warm up); anyway, if I go 3 rounds should spend 1 hour, it's a long period. It's a nice challenged workout, love it.

    Here is the quick breakdown-
    Cardio- one min single jump rope 100reps between each move
    Workout- reps on a min
    50 reps swing on a min lily used 23lb dumbbell
    10x elevated plank row with weight + push up -lily used 12lbx2
    15x L side plank toe touch -R
    10x walk plank + frog tuck
    15x L side plank toe touch -L
    10x 4 plank butt kicks + 1 side pop push up
